Sureserve Group PLC is seeking an experienced Gas Engineer to join our growing team in the UK. You will carry out day-to-day repairs, fault finding and annual servicing visits, while meeting first-time fix targets and maintaining high quality standards.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction and timely communication with the contact centre regarding any delays. Applicants should hold valid ACS and relevant gas qualifications and a full UK driving licence (less than 6 points).

Qualifications

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications.
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points).
• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential.
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
• The ability to work with a diverse customer base.
