Job summary

Sureserve Compliance South is recruiting a Gas Engineer to join our team. You will perform day-to-day gas repairs, fault finding, and annual servicing, aiming for first-time fixes while maintaining high standards and customer satisfaction.

The role requires ACS gas qualifications, a clean UK driving licence, and comfort working with social housing clients. We offer a supportive environment with training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications.
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points).
• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential.
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
• The ability to work with a diverse customer base.

Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gas Engineer to join our growing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Carrying out day-to-day repairs
• Fault finding
• Completing annual servicing visits
• Meeting first-time fix targets
• Maintaining high-quality standards
• Focusing on customer satisfaction
• Attending jobs on time, notifying the contact centre/customer of any delays

The successful candidate will have

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
