Job summary

Sureserve is seeking an experienced Gas Engineer to join our growing team in England. You will be responsible for day-to-day gas repairs, fault finding, and annual servicing visits, while aiming for first-time fixes and high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds valid ACS qualifications, a full UK driving licence, and demonstrates strong customer service skills. Social housing experience is desirable but not essential. We offer a competitive salary and a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid ACS & other gas qualifications.
• Full UK Driving Licence (2 points or less).
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
• Experience working with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day repairs on gas systems.
• Perform fault finding to diagnose issues.
• Complete annual servicing visits.
• Meet first-time fix targets where possible.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
• Prioritise customer satisfaction and clear communication.
• Attend jobs punctually and inform contacts of delays.
