Gas Compliance Manager - Hybrid working, 2 days from our office in Newcastle City Centre and the rest from home. Permanent, full-time (37.5 hpw), Monday to Friday. Earn circa £50,000 pa, negotiable based on skills and experience, plus benefits including health cash plan. Join us to use your gas safety skills to shape a safer future for our residents. Build the role from the ground up by bringing structure, setting standards, and guiding a team to meet high safety levels. Lead audits, guide teams, and turn inspection feedback into improvements. • Ensure full maintenance of Gas Safe registration, with all engineers certified and feedback addressed promptly.
• Lead initiatives to ensure safe and compliant gas works across the housing portfolio.
• Hold contractors and DLO teams accountable through audits and reviews.
• Collaborate with managers and regions for consistency and smooth operations.
• Provide strong leadership to foster a positive team culture.
• Oversee gas works safety and compliance through strategic programs.

What you bring? Proven experience in gas safety, relevant qualifications, leadership confidence, data interpretation skills, collaborative approach, and knowledge of legislation.
