Job summary

Chef Works Europe Ltd is seeking an Embellishment Executive to coordinate garment decoration projects from initial design through to production. This office-based role in Leeds involves liaising with customers, the sales team and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and quality results.

You will manage artwork development, mock-ups and approvals, schedule production across embroidery, screen printing and heat transfers, and handle enquiries by email.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in apparel decoration or garment printing.
• Knowledge of embroidery, screen printing and digital/heat transfers.
• Experience using Wilcom embroidery software.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate artwork development, mock-ups, samples and customer approvals.
• Manage embellishment projects from initial design through to production.
• Liaise with customers to clarify specifications, quality requirements and timescales.
• Coordinate embroidery, screen printing and digital/heat transfer requirements.
• Monitor embellishment quality and help resolve technical or production issues.
• Track garments and supporting materials to ensure timely delivery.
• Forecast capacity and maintain production schedules and logs.
• Process customer orders and respond to enquiries via email.
• Prepare garment mock-ups for approvals and presentations.
• Coordinate deliveries and relevant customs documentation for UK deliveries.
