Chef Works Europe Ltd is seeking a Garment Decoration Coordinator to manage embroidery, screen printing and digital transfers from design through to production. You’ll coordinate artwork, approvals and timelines while liaising with customers, sales, suppliers and the embellishment team.

Based in a small UK team, you’ll handle multiple orders, maintain schedules and ensure timely delivery. The role demands 2+ years in garment decoration and strong organisational, communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• 2+ years in apparel/garment decoration
• Experience with embroidery, screen printing and digital/heat transfers
• Experience using Wilcom embroidery software
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Good problem-solving customer service and quality control
• Ability to manage multiple orders, priorities and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Confident liaising with customers, suppliers and colleagues
• MS Office skills, particularly Outlook
• Experience using an Order Management System (OMS)
• Additional language skills welcome
• Experience across both design/development and planning/production stages

Responsabilités

• Coordinate artwork development, mock-ups, samples and customer approvals
• Manage embellishment projects from design through to production
• Liaise with customers to clarify specifications, quality requirements and timescales
• Coordinate embroidery, screen printing and digital/heat transfer requirements
• Monitor embellishment quality and resolve technical or production issues
• Track garments and supporting materials for timely delivery
• Forecast capacity and maintain production schedules
• Process customer orders and respond to enquiries via email
• Prepare garment mock-ups for approvals and presentations
• Coordinate deliveries and customs documentation for international shipments
• Maintain information in the Order Management System
• Handle pricing enquiries and liaise with relevant departments
• Support projects for trade shows and events
• Handle customer queries or complaints professionally
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and internal teams
