Job summary

Chef Works Europe Ltd is seeking an Embellishment Executive in Farsley (Leeds). The role focuses on coordinating garment decoration projects—embroidery, screen printing and heat transfers—from design to production, acting as the link between customers, sales, suppliers and the embellishment team.

You will need 2+ years in apparel/garment decoration, strong organisation and communication, and familiarity with Wilcom software and OMS.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience within apparel, textile or garment decoration.
• Experience coordinating projects from design through to production.
• Experience with embroidery, screen printing and heat transfers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate artwork development, mock-ups, samples and approvals.
• Manage embellishment projects from design to production.
• Clarify specifications, quality requirements and timescales with customers.
• Coordinate embroidery, screen printing and digital transfers.
• Monitor quality and resolve production issues.
• Track garments and materials to ensure timely delivery.
• Forecast capacity and maintain production schedules.
• Process orders and respond to enquiries via email.
• Prepare garment mock-ups for approvals and presentations.
• Coordinate deliveries and customs documentation for exports.
• Maintain Order Management System data.
• Handle pricing enquiries and liaise with departments.
• Support trade shows and events.
