The Athenaeum Hotel Kitchen supports culinary services for all ten of the Chautauqua Hotel Company food service operations. The kitchen operates daily from 5:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. during the nine‑week summer season.
Starting at $16.50 per hour, up to $18.00 per hour with experience and qualifications.
Active employees who refer a candidate who is hired and remains employed for at least 90 days receive a $500 referral bonus (less taxes). For seasonals less than 6 months, the requirement is 30 days.
Seasonal employment June to August, with flexibility for pre‑season and post‑season. Schedules include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Typical shift eight hours, start time 5 a.m.–5 p.m.
Limited housing options may be available; housing is not an employer option unless otherwise stated.
