Job summary

Premier, the UK’s leading specialist agency for entertainment, arts and culture, is seeking an Account Manager for the Gaming division. You will own multiple gaming accounts, lead campaigns from planning to delivery, and mentor junior staff within a fast-paced, creative team.

You will combine strong media relationships with strategic thinking to deliver standout results for iconic gaming brands while growing your career in a supportive, ambitious environment.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years’ experience in a PR agency or comms environment.
• Solid understanding of the UK media and influencer landscape.
• Experience with press releases, media sell-ins, coverage tracking and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Genuine interest in gaming, pop culture, content creators, and online communities.
• Ability to work proactively and manage multiple deadlines.
• Confidence to share ideas and thoughts.
• Previous experience mentoring interns or junior team members is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day management of client accounts.
• Lead client communication.
• Develop and deliver PR strategies and campaigns.
• Drive proactive media and influencer activity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers and creators.
• Oversee press office, reporting and campaign output.
• Manage and develop junior team members.
• Proactively identify and solve challenges.
• Contribute to new business and account growth.
• Share gaming, media and cultural insight with clients and the wider team.
