Job summary

Team17 Digital Ltd is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive player acquisition, revenue growth and marketing efficiency across the Team17 portfolio. You will plan, execute and optimize performance campaigns across paid media, working closely with Brand Managers and the Creative team to align assets with channel and audience needs and to deliver commercial results.

Qualifications

Proven performance marketing across paid media campaigns.
Experience with Meta, Google, Reddit, TikTok, X, Snapchat and Amazon ads.
Strong analytics and attribution knowledge.
Email marketing and CRM experience with platforms like HubSpot or Mailchimp.

Responsibilities

Planning – define and deliver campaigns across paid media based on objectives and budgets.
Launch – ensure precise setup of campaigns via agencies/partners.
Optimisation – end-to-end optimization using performance data.
Media Management – brief, negotiate and manage endemic campaigns with partners.
Store Campaigns – manage direct store campaigns with PlayStation/XBOX where applicable.
Email & CRM – lead email marketing strategy, planning, execution and reporting.
Insights – translate data into actionable recommendations and benchmarks.
Reporting – build a comprehensive reporting suite linking data to performance.
