Job summary

Team17 Digital Ltd. is seeking a Web & CRM Marketing Manager to drive player acquisition and engagement through owned channels, including web, email and CRM.

You will collaborate with Brand, Community, Creator, Creative and Performance teams to deliver integrated campaign beats and GTM strategies for our games. Day-to-day you will own Team17 web, email and database activities; experience with web CMS and email marketing platforms is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on web experience leading web campaigns and CMS management.
• Email marketing expertise, with HubSpot or Mailchimp.
• CRM knowledge including segmentation strategies.
• GDPR/data privacy compliance understanding.
• GA4 and digital analytics familiarity is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead web planning and execution, manage CMS and UX to maximise content and branding.
• Lead email marketing, including strategy, segmentation, execution and reporting.
• Manage CRM workflows to enhance lifecycle engagement and retention.
• Define and deliver digital campaigns across owned channels within objectives and budgets.
• Set up launches and ensure campaigns are delivered accurately through our channels or via partners.
• Share learnings with the Performance team and optimise campaigns and pages.
• Provide clear creative briefs that reflect best-practice.
• Partner with Legal to ensure GDPR and data privacy compliance.
