Qualifications
- Experience operating and inspecting casino games.
- Must hold a PFL from the Gambling Commission (or aim to obtain a PML).
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced gaming environment.
- Excellent customer-facing skills and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Lead, support and develop the gaming team to deliver outstanding experiences.
- Ensure continuous supply of gaming products and smooth floor operations.
- Maintain accurate departmental records and documentation for compliance.
- Adapt to a 24/7 casino schedule, including nights and weekends.
