Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an FX Services Middle Office Associate to support the Execution Trading desk by ensuring accurate trade capture, timely reconciliations, and robust controls in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with Front Office, Back Office, and control teams to resolve issues and maintain documentation, while contributing to management reporting and compliance. This role emphasizes attention to detail, proactive collaboration, and ownership of tasks within established control

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations, Middle Office, or Trade Support with understanding of the front-to-back trade lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of FX and/or derivatives products and associated risks; detail-oriented and able to work under high volumes.

Responsibilities

• Capture FX trades and process amendments and cancellations accurately within required timeframes.
• Complete daily controls and reconciliations; investigate and resolve breaks and exceptions including front-to-back reconciliations.
• Resolve deal-related queries from Front Office and Back Office; escalate issues and track themes.
• Produce management information reporting and KPI decks; support small change initiatives and regulatory controls.
