Job summary

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of trade finance rules and practices (UCP 600, ISP 98, URDG).
• Experience supporting core trade products (standby LCs, guarantees, commercial LCs, collections).
• Able to manage multiple client requests and transactions with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-sale transaction activity through completion with accuracy and timely turnaround.
• Resolve complex client inquiries related to trade finance and documentation requirements.
• Partner with sales, product, and operations to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Track transaction status and provide updates and reporting to clients and partners.
• Investigate and support resolution of refusals, disputes, and exceptions.
• Document all client interactions in the case management system.
• Deliver client training and engagement activities to strengthen relationships.
• Analyze client activity patterns and share insights on trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Identify and implement process improvements aligned with trade priorities.
