Job summary

Xe is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to grow corporate FX sales in the London area. You will identify and qualify new clients, understand their FX requirements, and hand off secured opportunities to the Dealing Team for execution.

The role requires at least 3 years in FX sales, a proven ability to hit KPIs, and comfort in a fast-paced environment. Competitive salary, discretionary bonus and strong benefits are on offer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years industry experience in FX sales.
• Strong track record of outperforming targeted KPIs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify new leads and client prospects through research, CRM, LinkedIn and networking.
• Qualify prospects and assess FX requirements for Xe services.
• Record accurate data in CRM and manage sales pipelines for the HoC.
• Conceptualize and execute sales campaigns; contribute innovative ideas.
• Provide monthly and quarterly sales performance reporting.
