This role forms part of a long-term succession plan, offering a pathway to become the third Partner and to lead a diverse portfolio of clients.

The successful candidate will oversee accounts and tax work, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with Partners to drive growth.

Qualifications

• ACCA/ACA qualified; CTA preferred.
• Proven experience leading a team and winning new business.
• Experience of accounting and tax work.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
• Oversee and review accounts, financial statements, corporation tax, and personal tax returns.
• Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of client work and deadlines.
• Work closely with Partners to support the smooth running and growth of the practice.
• Contribute to business development, marketing initiatives, and audit assignments where desired.
