Right2Work is seeking an Alternative Provision Lead in Kendal, Cumbria. The role combines leadership, programme development and hands-on delivery to support adults, young people and children with SEND and additional needs.

You will lead a small team, deliver engaging learning experiences, and build strong relationships with families, schools and external agencies to create meaningful, future-focused opportunities for learners.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading education, alternative provision or specialist learning programmes.
• Experience supporting people with SEND, SEMH or additional needs.
• Experience leading, mentoring or supervising staff.
• Knowledge of person-centred, inclusive and trauma-informed approaches.
• Experience monitoring learner progress and achieving positive outcomes.
