Oak Furnitureland is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor in Leeds to join a customer-focused team. You will use your knowledge of our product range to guide customers, make recommendations, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience across all channels.

You will work 40 hours per week, five days across seven, with uncapped commission up to 4% on all sales. Full training and ongoing development are provided in a supportive, values-driven environment.

Formación

• Extensive experience in customer-facing environments delivering an exceptional customer journey.
• Knowledge of sales processes and ability to follow a sales model.
• Strong questioning and listening skills with persuasive communication.
• Experience working in high-performing teams and achieving targets.
• Understanding impact of customer experience on NPS, Trust Pilot, and repeat business.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer experience using expert knowledge of Oak Furnitureland products.
• Follow the Retail Sales Model to recommend purchases based on customer needs.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction scores and brand perception to drive repeat business.
• Hit personal sales KPIs and support showroom team performance.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and other teams to maintain a compliant, inviting showroom.
• Engage with Partnering 4 Performance to develop objectives and growth plans.
• Deliver showroom ways of working and adhere to company processes and policies.
• Keep up-to-date with internal/external factors affecting business trade and customer experience.
