Job summary

Oak Furnitureland is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor to be the face of the brand in-store, helping customers choose furniture and accessories from our broad range. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience using expert knowledge of Oak Furnitureland products.
• Follow Retail Sales Model to recommend based on customer needs.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction metrics (NPS, Trust Pilot) and repeat business.
• Achieve personal sales KPIs and support showroom team performance.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and other teams to maintain a compliant showroom.
