Job summary

Oak Furnitureland is seeking Retail Sales Advisors to join our showroom network. You will be the brand ambassador, sharing expert knowledge to help customers choose furniture and accessories while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

You will work a full-time 40-hour week, 5 days, with one weekend off every six, and benefit from our uncapped commission scheme (up to 4%) and a competitive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in customer-facing environments and retail sales.
• Knowledge of sales models and processes to meet targets.
• Excellent questioning and listening skills to influence customers.
• Experience in high-performing teams and achieving KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience with expert knowledge of Oak Furnitureland products.
• Follow the Retail Sales Model to make customer-based recommendations.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction metrics and repeat business.
• Achieve personal sales and KPIs, supporting showroom team.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to create an inclusive team culture.
• Maintain a compliant showroom environment with Visual Merchandising and Facilities teams.
• Engage with Partnering 4 Performance to support development plans.
• Deliver showroom ways of working and adhere to processes.
• Stay up-to-date with internal and external factors affecting trade.
• Use training materials to keep product knowledge current.
