Job summary

Oak Furnitureland is seeking Retail Sales Advisors to be brand ambassadors in our showrooms. You will help customers choose furniture and accessories with expert knowledge and a consultative approach, ensuring an exceptional experience.

The role is full-time (40 hours weekly) with five days and one weekend off every six, offering uncapped commission up to 4% plus employee discounts, holiday allowance, pension, life assurance, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in customer-facing environments and delivering an exceptional customer journey.
• Knowledge of sales models and following sales processes.
• Strong questioning/listening skills with persuasive communication.
• Experience in high-performing teams and achieving KPIs.
• Understanding of customer experience metrics (NPS, Trust Pilot).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience by sharing expert knowledge of Oak Furnitureland range.
• Follow Retail Sales Model to recommend based on needs.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction scores and repeat business.
• Meet personal and showroom KPIs and support team performance.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to maintain an inclusive team culture.
