Job summary

Precoa is seeking an Advance Funeral Planner to work with one of our premier funeral home partners. You will focus on connecting with clients to plan their final wishes, leveraging lead generation programs and a dedicated team to set appointments and drive meetings that typically last 90 minutes.

The role offers uncapped earning potential with a typical yearly range of $50,000 to $70,000, plus sales incentives and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one.
• 5+ years consultative sales experience is a bonus.
• Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development skills.
• Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments.
• Excellent listening and persuasion skills, lead generation, and networking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Close pre-set appointments to earn competitive compensation.
• Work with lead generation and marketing programs provided at no cost.
• Represent Precoa in qualified meetings with clients that typically last 90 minutes.
• Leverage a dedicated support team of 50+ agents and field management.
• Build relationships and plan final wishes with clients.
