Job summary

Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. The High Value Administrator role supports fundraising, stewardship and engagement to deliver a high-quality experience for Crisis supporters. This permantent, hybrid position is based from our London office with travel as needed.

You will work across multiple projects, organise records and communicate clearly to supporters, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Diversity is valued and all experiences are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Staff member must be highly organised and capable of supporting multiple projects in a busy team.
• Experience in administrative, customer service, supporter care or fundraising support roles.
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Comfortable with databases and systems, maintaining accurate records and data privacy.
• Strong organisational skills with a methodical approach and ability to meet deadlines.
• Collaborative worker who also takes initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
• Motivated by Crisis' mission and values and committed to ending homelessness.

• Support the High Value team’s fundraising, stewardship and engagement activity.
• Ensure supporters receive a high-quality and professional experience at every stage of the relationship.
• Help deliver excellent experiences for some of our most committed supporters.
