Job summary

Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. Hybrid from our London office, E1, with travel as needed. Permanent role supporting High Value fundraising and supporter engagement.

You will help deliver high-quality experiences, manage multiple projects, and coordinate with teams to ensure accurate records and successful stewardship. Joining Crisis means contributing to ending homelessness and supporting diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, customer service, supporter care or fundraising support roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with databases and systems and handling information with care.
• Organised with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative while taking initiative and ownership of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the High Value team’s fundraising, stewardship and engagement activities.
• Help deliver high-quality, professional experiences for supporters at every stage of their relationship with Crisis.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry in CRM and related systems.
