Job summary

Crisis UK in London is seeking an Individual Giving Executive to manage one-to-one and one-to-many relationships with mid-value supporters, delivering excellent supporter care to deepen engagement and grow sustainable income.

You’ll develop campaigns and communications across channels, collaborate across teams, and use storytelling to bring homelessness to life while upholding Crisis’ values and hybrid working policy.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering in-person, one-to-one stewardship.
• Experience in philanthropy or high-value giving.
• Excellent communicator across multiple channels.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Manage one-to-one and one-to-many relationships with Crisis mid-value supporters.
• Deliver excellent supporter care to deepen engagement and build financial commitment.
• Support the multi-channel programme that delivers impact for Crisis.
• Develop campaigns, communications, and engagement opportunities.
• Share stories of people experiencing homelessness to deepen engagement and bring supporters closer to the mission.
