Job summary

Helen Bamber Foundation / Asylum Aid is seeking a Fundraising Executive to provide essential operational support, managing the Donorfy CRM, reconciling donations and maintaining high-quality supporter records. You will generate clear insights to support fundraising decisions across Helen Bamber Foundation and Asylum Aid.

The role requires methodical data discipline, numeracy and the ability to share reports and trends with the Fundraising Team.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems or data management for charities.
• Ability to reconcile donations and maintain supporter records.
• Ability to generate insights and regular reports for fundraising decisions.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile donations in the CRM.
