Job summary

MSF UK is seeking a Data Insight Officer to join the CRM and Insight team in London. You will support analysis and reporting to drive MSF UK's fundraising strategy, collaborate with the Data Insight Specialist and department heads, and contribute to KPI development and income modelling.

You will maintain Power BI dashboards, deliver insight projects, assist in implementing machine learning, and present findings to stakeholders with clear visuals and concise narratives.

Qualifications

• Experience with data analytics and reporting in a data insight role.
• Experience using Power BI to create dashboards and visualise data.
• Experience extracting data from sources like Dynamics or a data warehouse and using SQL.
• Experience with Python for data cleansing and analysis.
• Ability to identify patterns, interpret trends and inform fundraising strategy.
• Advanced numeracy with high accuracy in data analysis and MS Excel.
• Interest in machine learning and predictive analytics.
• Knowledge of data protection and GDPR processes.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis and insight to aid fundraising strategy development.
• Produce KPIs, maintain Power BI dashboards and support income modelling.
• Report and performance analysis to inform decisions for fundraising.
• Train users on Power BI and ensure data quality across sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including the Data Insight Specialist and department heads.
