We have a great opportunity for a Fundraising Manager - Major Gifts position working for a global organisation supporting women and girls. Reporting to the Head of Individual Giving, this role will focus on managing and cultivating relationships with prospective major donors of mid to high net worth.

As part of this role, you will work collaboratively across programme and communications teams to share impactful stories that engage and promote the charity's work. The role requires openness and enthusiasm for travel for donor meetings and key events.

This position seeks an individual who is enthusiastic, donor-focused, results-driven, and passionate about empowering girls and women globally.

To be successful, you will need:

• Strong experience in business development within the third sector or corporate background, with knowledge of mid-high net worth individuals
• Strong record-keeping and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong negotiating and influencing abilities
