Job summary

Birmingham Mind is seeking a passionate Fundraising Lead to grow voluntary income by developing and delivering our Fundraising Strategy, creating engaging campaigns and supporter materials. You will build strong relationships with businesses, community groups, individuals and volunteers across Birmingham and the West Midlands.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in fundraising with a track record of meeting income targets.
• Experience in charity, community, health, social care or other social purpose setting preferred.
• Experience in partnership fundraising, community fundraising, corporate engagement, donor stewardship or income generation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Birmingham Mind's Fundraising Strategy and engaging fundraising activity.
• Line manage the Fundraising and Training Coordinator to ensure effective administrative support and supporter experience.
• Plan campaigns and events, identify new opportunities, steward donors and track and report income and impact.
