Job summary

Birmingham Mind is seeking a passionate Fundraising Lead for a fixed-term 1-year maternity cover. The role focuses on growing voluntary income, delivering campaigns, and building relationships with businesses, community groups, and individuals across Birmingham and the West Midlands.

You will line-manage the Fundraising and Training Coordinator, collaborate with the Business Development Manager and colleagues across teams to plan campaigns, track income and impact, and represent the charity at

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' fundraising experience with a track record of meeting income targets.
• Experience delivering events, campaigns or projects in a charity or social sector.
• Experience in partnership fundraising, community fundraising, corporate engagement or donor stewardship.
• Ability to manage deadlines and budgets and produce persuasive communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Birmingham Mind's Fundraising Strategy and campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with supporters, partners and volunteers across Birmingham and the West Midlands.
• Line-manage the Fundraising and Training Coordinator and ensure effective admin support.
• Plan campaigns and events, identify opportunities, and steward donors and income reporting.
