Job summary

Caring in Bristol is seeking a Head of Fundraising to lead income across individual giving, trusts and grants, corporate partnerships, community and events fundraising, and a new major donor programme. • Proven track record in leading fundraising teams and hitting ambitious income targets.
• Experience overseeing multiple fundraising streams and campaigns.
• Strong governance, planning and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a fundraising and marketing strategy to grow income.
• Build and manage a high-performing fundraising team and onboarding.
• Oversee income generation across individual giving, trusts, corporate partnerships and events.
• Lead brand, communications and supporter engagement initiatives.
• Ensure data, compliance and GDPR policies are in place.
