Job summary

Aston Villa Foundation is recruiting an Events and Fundraising Manager at Villa Park in Birmingham. You will lead the planning, development and delivery of the Foundation’s events and fundraising programme to generate income and strengthen supporter relationships.

You will manage an annual calendar of campaigns and large-scale events, work across education, employability, health and wellbeing initiatives, monitor performance and budgets, and report against KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience of fundraising, event management or income generation.
• Proven track record delivering successful events and campaigns.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing budgets, income targets and event performance.
• Excellent communication, organisation and project management skills.
• Ability to identify and develop new fundraising and partnership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development and delivery of the Foundation’s events and fundraising programme.
• Develop and manage an annual calendar of fundraising events and campaigns.
• Oversee end-to-end management of large-scale fundraising events from concept to post-event evaluation.
• Monitor performance, budgets and reports against targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate across teams to communicate impact and grow income streams.
