Job summary

Fintelligent Search is seeking a Trainee Pension Advisor in the UK financial services sector. You will start by speaking with prospective customers about pension arrangements, identifying opportunities and booking qualified appointments for advisers.

Qualifications are funded from day one with a fast-track path to CRM and then Junior Advisor. The role offers progression into regulated advisory work, uncapped commission, and potential earnings up to £100,000 OTE within 12 months as regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year sales experience in high-volume outbound roles.
• Experience in regulated financial services.
• Ability to handle objections and convert leads.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Discuss existing pension arrangements and identify opportunities for a free pension review.
• Book qualified appointments for financial advisers.
• Build knowledge of pensions, financial services and the advice process as you progress through qualifications.
