PM+M is seeking a Trainee Financial Adviser to join our Financial Planning team in the North West, specialising in Workplace Pensions and Employee Benefits. You will work with experienced advisers to support the delivery of pension services and benefits to corporate clients across various sectors.

Qualifications

• This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in financial services and a career in financial advice.
• This role suits an administrator, paraplanner or pensions administrator seeking progression toward adviser status.
• Motivation to work towards professional qualifications such as the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation and ongoing management of workplace pension schemes.
• Support advisers with pension governance meetings and client reviews.
• Help to deliver employee pension workshops and financial wellbeing presentations.
• Assist with setup and administration of employee benefits arrangements.
• Support management of Group Life Assurance, Group Income Protection and Private Medical Insurance schemes.
• Prepare meeting packs, reports and client communications.
• Liaise with pension providers, insurers, payroll teams and HR departments.
• Attend client meetings alongside advisers and develop trusted client relationships.
• Observe meetings to assist with personal development and progression.
