Job summary

Burton Recruitment is supporting a forward-thinking financial planning firm in recruiting a Trainee Independent Financial Advisor. The role offers high-quality holistic advice to a diverse client base including HNW & UHNW clients.

You will be progressing from Paraplanner or IFA Administrator with DipFA or DipPFS or equivalent, working with experienced advisers to deliver workplace pensions, employee benefits and corporate protection. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• DipFA or DipPFS qualification or equivalent.
• Ambitious, driven, and dynamic Paraplanner or IFA Administrator seeking progression.
• Willingness to support workplace pension services, employee benefit solutions and corporate protection.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of workplace pension services and employee benefit solutions to employers and employees.
• Assist advisers in delivering holistic financial planning and bespoke solutions across sectors.

Our client, an established and forward-thinking financial planning firm is looking to expand its team with the addition of a Trainee Independent Financial Advisor, able to deliver high-quality, holistic advice and bespoke solutions to a diverse client base including HNW & UHNW clients

Already DipFA or DipPFS qualified or equivalent, you will currently be working as an ambitious, driven and dynamic Paraplanner or IFA Administrator who is seeking to progress their career into an advisory role

Working alongside experienced advisers, you will support the delivery of workplace pension services, employee benefit solutions and corporate protection arrangements to employers and their employees across a wide range of sectors
