Job summary

Fintelligent Search is seeking a Trainee Mortgage Advisor in the UK. You will receive a fully funded CeMAP qualification, structured training, and coaching to become a Mortgage Advisor, working alongside experienced advisors to learn the market and provide tailored lending solutions.

The role offers hybrid working after probation (three days in the Manchester office), a salary between 28,000 and 35,000 with uncapped OTE of 50,000, and a benefits package including healthcare, pension, and leave.

Qualifications

• Fully funded CeMAP qualification during training.
• Structured training and ongoing coaching.
• Learn mortgage products, FCA regulations and responsible lending.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working toward targets.
