Pearson TQ is seeking a Functional Skills Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. You will support English and Mathematics delivery across apprenticeship contracts, maintaining learner records and coordinating essential processes.

You will work with colleagues, military contacts, Awarding Organisations and other stakeholders, using MS Office and Excel to manage registrations, trackers and documentation with accuracy and reliability.

• Previous administrative or coordination experience.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Mansioni

• Coordinate administration of English and Mathematics Functional Skills delivery across Pearson TQ apprenticeship contracts.
• Register apprentices on Century e-learning platform and issue login details.
• Monitor assessments and keep learner records up to date.
• Manage Awards Organisation registration and certification activity to deadlines.
• Coordinate programme bookings and maintain attendance registers and trackers.
• Liaise with military contacts and stakeholders regarding programmes and learning.
