At Bromford Flagship LiveWest (BFL), we're bringing together three organisations onto a single digital platform while continuing to improve services for more than 220,000 customers. Technology is at the heart of that transformation, and we're looking for an experienced Functional Consultant with strong D365 Finance expertise to help us deliver it.
This is an opportunity to join a large, in-house Dynamics 365 delivery team of 11 Functional Consultants, 18 Developers and 15 QA Analysts and Engineers, responsible for a highly customised enterprise platform supporting Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain Management, Project Operations and our bespoke housing management systems. We're specifically looking for a D365 Finance specialist who understands the accounting principles behind the technology and can bridge the gap between finance professionals, technology teams and wider business stakeholders. As we prepare to bring Flagship and LiveWest operations onto the Bromford D365 solution, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering financial solutions that support the organisation's future.
Working alongside Product Owners, Developers, QA Analysts and business stakeholders, you'll help turn complex requirements into practical, sustainable solutions that maximise the value of the D365 platform.

We're looking for an experienced D365 Finance specialist who understands both the technology and the accounting principles that sit behind it. You'll be confident working with finance professionals, speaking their language and understanding the impact of system changes on financial processes, controls and reporting. Just as importantly, you'll be able to translate complex finance terminology and concepts into clear, accessible language for colleagues outside of finance, ensuring stakeholders can make informed decisions and fully engage with proposed solutions.
