Everpool Recruitment is seeking a Functional Assessor to translate clinical knowledge into assessment-based work. You will conduct phone and face-to-face assessments, review medical evidence and prepare detailed reports for the DWP, while maintaining professional judgment and excellent communication.

The role offers a starting salary of £50,000–£51,000 with a 5% approval bonus after training and up to 10% annual performance bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Adult Nurse with post-registration experience.
• Healthcare professional with relevant adult setting exposure.
• Strong written communication and report writing abilities.

Aufgaben

• Complete 5–6 shorter assessments per day.
• Assess impact of health conditions on work capacity.
• Review medical evidence and health questionnaires.
• Write accurate, evidence-based reports for the DWP.
