Are you a registered healthcare professional seeking a rewarding career change? Join our team in Salisbury as a Functional Assessor, supporting both Personal Independence Payment (PIP) and Work Capability Assessment (WCA) services.

What’s on offer:

• Hybrid working model – a mix of office-based and remote working
• Location: Salisbury
• Competitive salary + 10% annual bonus paid quarterly
• Pay: £40,000.00 - £51,000.00 per year + 5% Approval Bonus + 10% ongoing bonus once approved. Salaries are postcode dependant.

Your role: As a Functional Assessor, you’ll apply your clinical expertise to assess individuals applying for PIP and WCA benefits. You’ll produce clear, evidence-based reports that support fair and accurate decision-making, helping people access the support they need.
