Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is seeking a Functional Assessor in Bristol to evaluate how health conditions affect daily living. You will conduct structured assessments, compile evidence-based reports, and support fair decisions while enjoying a balanced schedule.

Roles are hybrid with weekdays 9-5, and opportunities for both full-time and part-time employment. Nursing, OT, physiotherapy, paramedics, and pharmacists are encouraged to apply, with clear progression paths and training.

Hybrid remote roles available

Role: Functional Assessor for either PIP or WCA
Location: Bristol
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM-5PM (No weekends, No evenings, No bank holidays)
Salary:
PIP (3 assessments a day) £40,000 increasing to £42,000 after 12 months based on performance
WCA (5 assessments a day) £42,000 increasing to £43,000 after 12 months based on performance
Bonus Opportunities: Up to 10% in performance bonuses, plus a 5% incentive after training, £2,000 bonus after approval completion (after 6 months)

What we’re looking for:

• Either a registered Adult, Mental or Learning Disability Nurses (Band 5 upwards), Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Paramedics and pharmacists
• Registered either NMC or HCPC or GPHC
• At least 1 year of post-registration experience
• IT literate and good typing ability
• Right to work in UK (no sponsorship available)
