Gaia Recruitment in Reading is hiring a Functional Assessor to support PIP and WCA services. You’ll apply clinical expertise to assess individuals and produce clear, evidence-based reports to aid fair decisions.

This full-time, hybrid role offers a competitive salary (£40,000–£51,000 per year) plus a 5% approval bonus and a 10% ongoing bonus once approved, with an additional 10% annual bonus paid quarterly. Salaries are postcode dependent.

What’s on offer:
