Full stack Python React Engineer - Contract Opportunity

Location: London Hybrid based

Qualifications / Essential Skills

• 10+ years of experience in designing and developing operational support systems and automation solutions using Python.
• Front-end development skills, including designing and implementing user interfaces using JavaScript and frameworks such as React.
• Back-end development skills, including maintaining server-side logic using Python, managing APIs, and integrating third-party services.
• Experience with database management using Postgres to ensure application data integrity and security.
• AI/ML expertise in building and deploying Agentic systems, MCP servers/clients, and RAG systems with Large Language Models.

Responsibilities

• Stay informed about the latest trends in AI/ML to influence design decisions.
• Develop test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts for both existing functionality and new features.
• Balance new feature development with documentation and on-time delivery.
• Communicate status and progress through sprint review reports, presentations, and demos for new features and MVPs.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and cross-functional meetings to enhance collaboration within and across teams.
