Randstad Education is seeking reliable Full-Time Teaching Assistants for long-term placements across West Sussex and Surrey. You will support pupils in primary, secondary and SEN settings, delivering 1:1 support and small-group interventions while maintaining daily routines.

The role offers full-time hours, Monday to Friday, and weekly pay. A DBS Update Service is preferred, and candidates should have strong English and Maths foundations and right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Full Monday to Friday availability during standard school hours.
• Prior experience supporting children or young people in schools, nurseries, sports coaching, care, or youth work.
• Patient, proactive and resilient approach to pupil support.
• Strong communication skills and solid English and Maths foundations.
• An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• Right to work in the UK with reliable transport links across West Sussex and Surrey.

• Helping create an inclusive, safe, and positive learning environment throughout the school day.
• Supporting classroom preparation, learning displays, and break-time monitoring.
