Job summary

Randstad Education in Crawley is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants for full-time roles to support primary and secondary schools. Roles include supply and long-term placements with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.

You will assist teachers, provide targeted support in reading, writing and maths, and help pupils with SEN in a positive learning environment. DBS and right-to-work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability during standard school hours (Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM–3:30 PM).
• Experience working with children or young people (schools, nurseries, youth work).
• Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• Proof of right to work in the UK and reliable transport to Crawley.
