Job summary

Aspire People are currently recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in the B28 area on a full-time, long-term basis, with an immediate start.

You will support pupils across the classroom, work closely with the class teacher to support learning and development, deliver 1:1 and small group interventions, and promote positive behaviour and engagement throughout the day. A DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or in a school setting is desirable.
• Positive, patient, and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Right to work in the UK.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is desirable
• Positive, patient, and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Right to work in the UK
