Job summary

Dimensions is hiring a Support Worker in Hounslow for a full-time role (37.5 hours) at £14.80 per hour. You will work in a supported living home, helping six adults aged 20–55 to live independent, fulfilling lives.

The role involves personal care, meals, and activities, with shifts from 7:00–14:30 and 14:00–21:30 and alternate weekends. No prior care experience is required; the emphasis is on values — Ambition, Courage, Integrity, Partnership and Respect — and your ability to build positive

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to six adults aged 20–55.
• Assist with daily living activities, personal care and meals.
• Support mobility, transfers and use of equipment where required.
• Encourage independence and participation in activities and outings.
