Vision for Education Ltd are recruiting a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming primary school in Willenhall for Autumn Term 2026, with potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The role involves supporting pupils with a range of needs, helping them access learning, and developing independence within a supportive environment. You will collaborate with the SEN team and classroom staff throughout the term.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in primary or SEN settings.
• Enhanced DBS (Update Service) required or willing to obtain.
• Two recent and relevant references required.

Responsibilities

• Work full-time in the school's SEN room.
• Provide tailored support to pupils with SEND.
• Support individual pupils and small groups with learning and development.
• Help pupils develop communication, social and emotional skills.
• Support pupils with learning plans and targets.
• Assist with classroom routines and transitions.
• Work with the class teacher, SENCO and support team.
• Promote positive behaviour and independence.
