Responsibilities

• Work as an SEN Teaching Assistant in Harrow, providing classroom assistance to students aged 16:19.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
• Provide one:to:one and small:group support.
• Help students develop communication, social and independent living skills.
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in lessons.
• Work alongside teachers, therapists and parents to promote student progress.
• Support students with personal care where required.
• Maintain a safe and structured learning environment.
