Job summary

MD Group in Poole is actively recruiting for a full-time Roofer to cover contracts across the area. A minimum of 1 year of roofing experience is required, with capability on pitched and flat roofs. Leadwork skills are a plus as is knowledge of BS5534 Building Regulations.

The role offers competitive pay (£16.00–£19.00 per hour) and benefits including up to 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and a company pension scheme. Applicants should hold a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year roofing experience and ability to work on pitched and flat roofs.
• Leadwork experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of BS5534 Building Regulations and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Cover contracts as a Roofer across Poole-based sites.
• Carry out assessments of works required on roofs and rainwater goods.
• Replace or repair to high standard within timescales.
• Work safely at height and independently where required.
